How do I place an order?

Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

Do you offer payment plans or installments?
Yes, we offer convenient installment options for eligible purchases in the UAE. At checkout, choose to pay in installments through Tabby or Tamara, allowing you to divide your payment over multiple months at no extra cost.

DELIVERY
Where do you ship?
We offer shipping within the UAE, GCC, and internationally.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer complimentary shipping on all orders within the UAE and GCC for purchases over AED 1,500 and for international orders over $ 500. For orders below these amounts, shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order size.
How long does delivery take?
- Dubai: 4-hour delivery for orders placed before 2 PM.
- UAE: Next-day delivery across all Emirates.
- GCC: 2-3 business days.
- International: 3-7 business days, depending on the destination.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email, allowing you to monitor your delivery in real time.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy?
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Return any item within 15 days of receipt for a full refund. Returns are free within the UAE, and for GCC countries, we’ll arrange a convenient pickup at no extra cost. You may also return items in person at our boutique in the Dubai Mall.
Are there any customs and duties for international orders?
For GCC orders, we handle all customs and duty fees, so the price you see at checkout is final. For other international destinations, customs fees may apply based on the destination country’s regulations.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is completed.
