Where do you ship?
We offer shipping within the UAE, GCC, and internationally.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer complimentary shipping on all orders.
How long does delivery take?
- UAE: Next-day (business) delivery across all Emirates.
- GCC: 2-3 business day
- International delivery with 7-10 business days
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email, allowing you to monitor your delivery in real time. You can track your parcel via our DHL website Partner.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy?
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, and free from dirt, dust, stains, hair, any fragrances or other foreign odors.
Returned Item(s) can be returned within 15 days of receipt. Items returned outside this period will not be accepted.
Returns are free within the UAE,. For the rest of GCC and international taxes and shipping cost will be deducted.
You may also return items in person to our boutique in the Dubai Mall, UAE.
